Owner & CEO
AJ Waller (Adrian Waller) is a UK-based singer-songwriter, mentor, and founder of Phoenix Rise MGMT Music Mentorship LTD, with over 30 years’ experience in the music industry. His career includes performing at the O2 Arena during The X Factor auditions, supporting established acts, and receiving radio play across the UK and Ireland.
Through Phoenix Rise, AJ now focuses on empowering independent artists with practical mentorship, career strategy, and creative confidence — helping them build sustainable music careers rooted in resilience, authenticity, and community.
Nathaniel King
Marketing
I’m a marketer, promoter, and graphic designer with over 14 years of experience creating bold campaigns across events, nightlife, and brand promotions. As the founder of PSY Marketing, I blend eye-catching design, influencer collaborations, and live experiences to build campaigns that connect with culture. Outside of work,
I’m passionate about animal rights and support related causes whenever I can.
Bubba Startz
Bubba Startz, the 2024 Content Creator of the Year, is a dynamic executive producer and community builder. He founded the Midwest Original Music Organization, empowering independent musicians, and The Scene Projects podcast network, supporting new podcasters. With 20 years in entertainment, he and his wife also promote live events through DBS ENTERTAINMENT. Startz's inspiring journey from adversity to leadership drives his mission to create platforms for artists and storytellers, fostering creativity and community across the Midwest. He is a dedicated husband, father, and a relentless force for positive change in the media landscape.
